Job summary

OSI Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in a meat-producing facility, ensuring safe, sanitary and efficient operations. You will plan daily resources, monitor performance, and coordinate with maintenance to maximize uptime.

You will uphold HACCP, GMPs, and food safety programs, mentor staff, manage shift handoffs, and drive continuous improvement while following company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience communicating effectively with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 21-25 production employees.
• Plan daily resources to meet production targets safely and cost-effectively.
• Document activities, analyze performance, and report variances.
• Coach employees, support shift handoffs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality programs and safety regulations.
