University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority is seeking a Food Production Cook to prepare large volumes of meals in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will handle hot and cold production, assess ingredient quality, and maintain production documentation.
The role requires ServSafe certification within 6 months and at least 1 year of relevant experience; several shifts and PTO are offered along with professional development opportunities.
100% FTE Monday through Friday, 11am-7:30pm Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
Associate's Degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or Nutrition Preferred
1 year experience in high volume food production setting Required
2 years experience in high volume food production setting Preferred
ServSafe certification required within 6 months of hire Required
