Job summary

Scheduled shifts are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Culinary Production Assistantwho:

  • Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to prepare, portion, weigh, package, and label large-batch food items
  • Adhere to Wisconsin Food Code, ServSafe, and UW Health standards
  • Manage ingredient rotation, monitor critical control points, and sanitize equipment to keep food/meal production on schedule

Culinary Production Assistantsare eligible for:

Paid time off, including 15 days of vacation time for full-time employees.

A free bus pass to assist with transportation to and from work.

Continuing education for both professional and personal growth.
