Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Culinary Services Lead to oversee Culinary Retail Assistants, delegate tasks, manage workflows, and coach staff in a fast-paced hospital setting. This 100% FTE day shift role includes weekend work and potential shift differential.

You will train new hires, ensure food safety standards, and lead the team to deliver outstanding patient and visitor service. Requires 3 years in food service and ServSafe within 180 days.

Qualifications

  • 3 years food service, hospitality, or customer service experience required.
  • 6 months leadership experience preferred.
  • No minimum education required (per note in ad).
  • Associate's Degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or Nutrition preferred.

Work Schedule:
100% FTE, day shift. Shift start times range from 5:00AM - 6:00AM. Every other weekend required. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.

Qualifications

Work Experience

  • 3 years food service, hospitality, or customer service experience Required
