Job summary

Pioneer Frozen Foods, a subsidiary of C.H. Guenther and Son, Inc., is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running efficiently.

You will handle preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure sanitation and safety standards across the plant. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, PLC/SCADA experience, and the ability to work non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• 5 years' related experience in industrial manufacturing environment.
• 5 years' experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement repairs.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance in the production area.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment history in CMMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
