Job summary

Pioneer Frozen Foods, a subsidiary of C. H. Guenther & Son, Inc., is seeking a maintenance technician to support production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and OSHA standards while documenting activities in the CMMS. On-site, union-friendly.Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial manufacturing with automation experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and conveyors.
• Diagnose, repair, and minimize downtime of equipment during production.
• Maintain facilities systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Uphold safety protocols (PPE, LOTO) and regulatory requirements (GMP, HACCP, OSHA).
• Document maintenance work orders, inspections, and parts usage in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule tasks.
