Qualifications

• Team participation and communication within team concepts and policies.
• Familiar with LEAN, quality and security policies.
• Willing to follow PPE and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Work on a moving conveyor belt using both hands; spreads or styles product by hand on the belt. Performs packing, weighing, and inspection.
• Pulls bones from product; inspects, grades and removes product that does not meet standards.
• Participates in team meetings and helps implement team policies and actions to achieve synergy.
• Maintains line speeds and follows designated rate for each product.
