Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with poultry/food processing preferred.
• Understanding of lean principles and team-based work.

Responsibilities

• Learn, perform and rotate between packer, scaler, styler and grader tasks to maintain line speeds for each product.
• Spread or style product by hand on the belt and perform packing and weighing tasks.
• Inspect, grade and remove product not meeting standards.
• Collaborate with team; participate in team meetings and follow company policies and LEAN principles.
