Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to move, push or pull up to 55 pounds during shift.
• Experience in poultry or food processing preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Works on a moving conveyor belt using both hands; spreads or styles product by hand on the belt.
• Performs packing and weighing and inspects, grades and removes product that does not meet standards.
• Pulls bones from product; inspects, grades and removes product that does not meet standards.
• Participates as a member of the Team; supports policies and LEAN; attends team meetings; communicates issues to team leader to resolve.
• Uses Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as waterproof gloves, sleeves, hearing protection, and slip-resistant footwear.
