Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads team to support safety, food safety, operations, sanitation, and personnel development.
• Keeps management informed about operational, quality, safety issues, employee concerns, and production cost control.
• Adheres to safe work practices, GMPs, and maintains product quality.
• Accountable for a safe and healthy workplace; follow safety policies in all tasks.
• Produces high quality product at cost; implements continuous improvements.
• Oversees coordination with maintenance, sanitation, and other departments.
