Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and sanitation operations is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a pallet jack license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall equipment cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned department area.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly sanitation schedules.
• Adhere to safety policies and GMPs to maintain food safety and product quality.
• Inspect the sanitation program and reference CP Manual for procedures when needed.
• Perform duties and operate in cold, wet, noisy and humid environments.
