Michael Foods, Inc. Wakefield facility seeks a production supervisor to lead daily production operations, promote safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. You will train personnel, assign tasks, monitor lines, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety policies.

The role requires forklift operation, downtime tracking, and timely completion of paperwork, with overtime and weekend work as needed. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to work overtime or weekends when required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day production operations.
• Train processing and production personnel as procedures change.
• Monitor lines for quality and ensure food safety and GMP compliance.
• Maintain downtime records and daily shift reports.
• Complete required paperwork (SAP, PEB, Bill of Lading).
• Operate forklift and pallet jack as needed.
