Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the food industry. Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills are required; willingness to work overtime and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and follow directions with little/no supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multi-functional tasks.

Responsibilities

• Leads team to support safety, food safety, operations, sanitation, and personnel development.
• Keeps management informed about operational, quality, safety issues and costs.
• Adheres to GMPs and maintains product quality; reports conditions affecting safety or quality.
• Ensures a safe and healthy workplace and enforces safety policies.
• Drives continuous improvement, training, and standard development with data analysis.
• Maintains records and is willing to work overtime or weekends as required.
