The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the food industry, and strong communication, organization, and team-building skills; bilingual is a plus. Overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team building skills.

Responsabilités

• Leads team to support safety, food safety, operations, sanitation, and personnel development.
• Keeps management informed about operational, quality, safety issues, employee concerns, and production cost control.
• Adheres to safe work practices, GMPs, and maintains product quality.
• Drives cost control and continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.
• Oversees coordination with maintenance, sanitation, and other departments.
