Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Packer to maintain efficient production lines and ensure packaging meets specifications. The role involves rotating tasks, operating packaging machinery, and entering data into ERP systems while prioritizing safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience with food manufacturing machinery, follows SOPs, and can work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Grade School level; High School Diploma/ GED a plus.
• 1-2 years’ experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery equipment or similar experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience following work task specifications, SOP’s, recipes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production lines running efficiently and ensure packaging per specifications.
• Operate Auto Baggers, Ilapak, and related equipment; perform line rotations.
• Enter production data into the ERP/TGI system and track downtime.
• Follow SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA and safety standards.
