Job summary

C. H. Guenther & Son, Inc. seeks a Packer to keep packaging lines running efficiently and in spec. You will rotate through manual packaging, sealing, boxing, and palletizing while entering data into the ERP system.

You must follow safety and food safety standards, operate packaging equipment, and collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and calculator skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Experience with food manufacturing machinery preferred.
• Able to follow detailed specifications and SOPs.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production lines to meet packaging specifications.
• Rotate through packaging, sealing, boxing, and palletizing tasks.
• Enter production data into ERP and machine logs.
• Inspect products for quality and report deviations.
• Adhere to SQF, GMP, HACCP, and safety policies.
