Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ServSafe Manager food safety certification within 1 year of hire.
• Required Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
• Preferred: Associates Degree

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of food production and service operations.
• Apply management principles to achieve service, outcome, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with director, coordinators, and team members to monitor Impact Care.
• Interviewing, hiring, performance appraisals and disciplinary actions, scheduling, training, and payroll.
• Organize receiving, storing, rotating, and inventory of food and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
