Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises all aspects of food production and service operations.
• Utilizes management principles to achieve service, outcome, and cost.
• Collaborates with director, coordinators, and team members to develop and monitor Impact Care.
• Performs human resources functions including interviewing, hiring, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions and terminations, scheduling, training, and payroll.
• Organizes receiving, storing, rotating, and inventory of food and supplies to meet production and service requirements.
