Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is hiring a Mixer to prepare dry mix products, weigh ingredients, and operate the mixer. You will read schedules, handle forklift transport, and keep the area clean and compliant with QA requirements.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety in mind. Employees receive benefits and may work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to read/interpret mixing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare various dry mix products for packaging and sale.
• Read/interpret mixing schedule.
• Operate forklift to transport and stack ingredients.
• Weigh-up ingredients per batch sheet and mix schedule.
• Place ingredients in mixer and prepare mix/clean mixers.
• Provide QA with product samples.
• Maintain clean work environment.
• Document mixing activity.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
