Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a team member to deliver food and guest supplies with a friendly, upbeat approach in a fast-paced dining environment. You will actively assist with service duties and ensure guests receive excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities include describing dishes, answering questions, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting events as needed. The role requires evening and weekend availability and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage industry experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Board standards.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid food handler’s certification.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that induces guests to choose the casino for dining and entertainment.
• Deliver food from kitchen to guests; run beverages and assist with service duties.
• Briefly describe each dish as served and answer guest questions.
• Maintain sanitation and safety; stock china, silverware, and glassware.
