Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to guide guests through the shopping experience and provide exceptional service. You will greet guests, answer questions, and process sales with a POS system, while handling cash and maintaining accurate till balances.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain and maintain valid licenses per Federal, State and Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, flexible shifts and/or unusual hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with inquiries.
• Answer questions accurately and politely.
• Process sales transactions using a point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment, maintaining accurate cash drawer balances.
• Direct guests to store areas and restrooms, maintaining product knowledge and visual displays.
• Engage guests in conversations to identify needs and recommend products.
