Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of warehouse experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Two years of leadership experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse software.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA) desirable.
• Forklift and related certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit stock movements using warehouse management systems.
• Prepare reports on inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and logistics teams to meet goals.
• Identify and resolve inventory or shipment discrepancies.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and hygiene standards.
