Job summary

Cacique Foods LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd shift in Amarillo, TX. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure inventory accuracy in a food manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of WMS, and compliance with HACCP/GMP standards. Office software proficiency and forklift certification are necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Two years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, WMS, and Materials Management Systems.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA).
• Forklift and other warehouse equipment certifications.
• High school diploma; associate degree or certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit stock movements using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Prepare reports on inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations HACCP, GMP, FDA.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and logistics teams to meet goals.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
• Assist and supervise warehouse staff with training and scheduling.
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet hygiene standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
