Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or cert in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices.
• Must be familiar with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitors inventory levels by identifying and resolving discrepancies and conducting cycle counts.
• Maintains stock movement records using handheld scanning devices and updating the WMS.
• Ensures the production team maintains adequate supply levels on each product line.
• Ensures compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA).
• Collaborates with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
• Oversees the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet hygiene standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
