Job summary

CACIQUE LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Amarillo, Texas. The role oversees daily warehouse operations in a food manufacturing setting, focusing on inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and timely distribution.

You will lead inbound/outbound shipments, supervise staff, and collaborate with production, QA, and logistics to meet targets while maintaining cleanliness and HACCP/GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience required
• Forklift and other warehouse equipment certifications are required
• Proficiency with MS Office and warehouse systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit accurate records of stock movements using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Prepare reports on inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations HACCP, GMP, FDA.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
• Assist & supervise warehouse staff with training, scheduling, and warehouse activities.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet hygiene standards.
