Job summary

Cacique Foods, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure compliance with food safety standards in a food manufacturing setting.

You will monitor inventory, use handheld scanners, and support production by keeping lines adequately stocked. Collaboration with QA, logistics, and production teams is essential to meet deadlines and hygiene requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• Minimum of one year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices.
• Must be familiar with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitors inventory levels by identifying and resolving discrepancies and conducting regular cycle counts.
• Maintains accurate records of stock movements using handheld scanning devices and updating warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ensures the production team maintains adequate supply levels on each product line.
• Ensures compliance with food safety regulations HACCP, GMP, FDA.
• Collaborates with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
• Oversees the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet hygiene standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
