Job summary

Cacique Foods, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support inventory management, shipping and receiving, and compliance with food safety standards in our Texas facility.

You will work with production, QA, and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintain HACCP/GMP practices, operate WMS and handheld scanners, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), forklift certification, and at least one year in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree in logistics is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse operations experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices.
• Experience with inventory software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Fulfils inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time.
• Monitors inventory levels and conducts regular cycle counts.
• Maintains stock movement records using WMS and handheld scanners.
• Supports production with adequate supply on each product line.
• Ensures HACCP, GMP, and FDA compliance and maintains clean, organized warehouse.
