Job summary

Cacique Foods is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for 1st shift in Amarillo, TX. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, maintain stock accuracy, and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, using WMS and handheld scanners, ensuring food safety and HACCP/GMP compliance, and maintaining clean, organized facilities. A forklift certification and at least 1 year in warehouse ops are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in logistics is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices; forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitors inventory levels and conducts cycle counts to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintains stock movement records using handheld scanners and WMS; supports production continuity.
• Ensures production lines have adequate supply of each product.
• Complies with HACCP, GMP, FDA food safety standards; coordinates with cross-functional teams.
• Keeps warehouse clean and organized to meet hygiene standards.
• Assists management with other duties as assigned.
