The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a food expeditor to ensure dishes leave the kitchen perfectly presented and on time. You will bridge the kitchen and dining room, relaying orders and performing final checks on each plate.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of restaurant experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values hospitality, growth, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to communicate with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing/walking for long periods; ability to lift where needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room; ensure all items are delivered in a timely fashion.
• Receive and relay orders to the kitchen; verify plates match ticket specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and adhere to sanitation standards.
