The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking a Food Expeditor to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets our presentation standards. You will act as the liaison between kitchen and dining room in a fast-paced setting, relaying orders and confirming accuracy before service.

We value a positive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts is essential.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with managers, staff and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling or lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and ensure all items are delivered timely.
• Receive and relay orders to the kitchen according to ticket specs and verify plates match before service.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
