Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a food expeditor to ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is perfect in presentation and timely for service. You will act as the liaison between kitchen and dining room, verify tickets, and uphold high standards in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of restaurant experience, strong teamwork, and excellent communication with managers, staff, and guests. Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive energy and be ready to assist fellow staff and work as a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room; ensure timely delivery of all items.
• Receive and relay orders to the kitchen, verify plate accuracy against tickets.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and adhere to sanitation standards.
