Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Food Expeditor to ensure dishes are finished to a high standard before reaching guests. You will coordinate between kitchen and dining room in a fast-paced, high-demand setting, ensuring each plate is prepared with care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Be ready to work as a team with positive energy.
• Excellent communication with managers, staff and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods with occasional stooping or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room in a fast-paced environment.
• Receive and relay orders to the kitchen; ensure plates match ticket specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow sanitation regulations.
