The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a food expeditor in Washington, DC. You will ensure each dish leaving the kitchen is presented beautifully and devoured by guests, acting as the liaison between kitchen and dining room in a fast-paced setting.

You will relay orders, verify plate accuracy, and maintain a clean, organized station while upholding health and sanitation standards. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
• Receive and relay orders to kitchen staff per ticket specifications and verify plate accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and comply with health and sanitation regulations.
