Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Professional interaction with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner.
• Relay orders between front and back of house and monitor ticket progress.
• Control expo line flow and coordinate items firing.
• Set up expo line and ensure station is stocked.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked work environment.
• Complete opening/closing duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
