Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of food between the kitchen and dining room to ensure timely service.
• Inspect orders for accuracy and presentation and run food to tables as needed.
• Assist Food Runners with timely service and maintain smooth operation of expeditor line.
• Set up, stocking, maintaining, and closing the Expeditor line; complete Health Department logs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work area and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
