Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in a food expediter or similar role.
• ANSI food handler certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are plated, presented, and delivered promptly.
• Monitor food quality and presentation with kitchen to uphold high standards.
• Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions clearly between kitchen and dining team.
• Coordinate with kitchen to prioritize food preparation and ensure a seamless workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in training team members and participate in staff meetings.
