Responsibilities

• Inspect plates leaving the kitchen for presentation, accuracy and temperature.
• Ensure dishes meet high-quality standards before serving.
• Act as primary link between kitchen and front-of-house staff; ensure seamless communication.
• Relay special requests or dietary needs to kitchen; adjust timing as needed.
• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Assist servers with table maintenance and cleaning; stock service areas.
• Maintain organized expediting station and uphold health/safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries.
• Represent the country club professionally and uphold its values.
