Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old as required by Florida law for serving alcohol.
• Three to six months of customer service experience or equivalent training.
• Commitment to obtaining ANSI Florida Food Handler and Florida Responsible Vendor Server Training certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: one year of experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality-related industry.
• Preferred: familiarity with fine dining or upscale restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining room promptly and safely.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist in dining room operations.
• Collaborate with team members during busy periods, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
