Job summary

Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled Saute Cook to join our culinary team. You will execute high-quality dishes under the guidance of the Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

We value precision, consistency, and teamwork. Competitive hourly wages from $19.00 to $21.00, employer-provided meals, uniforms, PTO, benefits, and retirement plan. Hours: Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM, with potential extra shifts for events.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience, preferably in high-volume breakfast or dinner settings.
• Legal eligibility to work in Florida (18+).
• Standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Proficiency in Pantry stations.

Responsibilities

• Execute recipes according to Sous Chef's specifications.
• Produce high-quality dishes with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate with team to meet member needs and ensure timely service.
