Responsibilities include quality control, clear communication of dietary requests, and assisting with training while maintaining cleanliness and organization across kitchen and dining areas.

Qualificações

• One year of experience in a food expediter or similar role in food service.
• ANSI food handler certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Perfect plate, every time: ensure orders are plated, presented, and delivered with speed and accuracy.
• Quality control: monitor food quality and presentation with the kitchen.
• Liaison of communication: convey special requests or dietary restrictions clearly between kitchen and dining team.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to prioritize prep and maintain workflow.
• Keep it clean: uphold cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas.
• Problem solver: address member concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Be a leader: assist in training team members and participate in staff meetings.
