Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Driver, Dedicated Backhaul to support distribution across the United States. You will operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering food and related products to customers, with a focus on safe, on-time performance.

This role offers home daily schedules, a guaranteed $200 daily pay, and benefits effective on Day 1 of employment, along with uniforms and boot allowance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL-A license required.
• Minimum 6 months commercial driving experience.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• DOT health card active or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer (day cab/sleeper), tandem trailer, and/or straight trucks.
• Follow predetermined routes and delivery schedules (local and/or OTR).
• Deliver loads to PFG warehouse locations and customers in a timely manner.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Communicate route, load, schedule changes to supervisor.
• Secure equipment and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
