Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Driver, Dedicated Backhaul to join our team. You will operate tractor-trailers and straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes to pick up and deliver food and related products, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a CDL-A, 6 months of driving experience, and DOT compliance. We offer a 4-day work week, guaranteed $200 daily pay, and benefits from day one, with opportunities for growth in a large national

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL-A license required.
• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Valid DOT Health Card preferred or able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Drive local and over-the-road routes to deliver loads to customers.
• Deliver loads back to PFG warehouses and ensure correct products.
• Perform load and paperwork inspections and quality checks.
• Complete backhaul paperwork accurately.
• Communicate route and schedule changes with supervisor.
• Secure equipment and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
