Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Driver, Dedicated Backhaul to ensure safe, timely delivery of food and related products across intrastate and interstate routes. You will represent the company as the face of service while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and loading/unloading responsibilities.

The role requires a valid CDL-A, at least 6 months of commercial driving experience, and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Minimum 6 months commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR (past 3 years).
• Ability to lift and move product cases up to 60–90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned supplier/vendor and PFG locations per route and schedule.
• Deliver loads to PFG warehouses and ensure correct product receipt.
• Complete load and paperwork inspections accurately.
• Maintain open communication with supervisor re route, load, and schedule.
• Adhere to safety, DOT, and company policies at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
