Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years in retail/grocery or customer service.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team members to ensure onboarding, training and development.
• Identify talent and support staffing and leadership pipelines.
• Conduct candid discussions to uphold Meijer standards and growth opportunities.
• Oversee area operations and financial results, manage budget lines and forecasting.
• Drive safety and compliance and manage store conditions.
• Provide guidance to Leads and Team Leaders and assign daily work.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
