Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in restaurant operation required.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math for POS transactions.
• Must acquire Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, BBP and other trainings.
• Excellent guest service and strong communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operation to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise employees and ensure proper instruction on food handling, cash handling, and safety rules.
• Coach, train, mentor team to Enterprise standards; lead supervisors.
• Foster teamwork and guide supervisors to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality; perform special projects as assigned.
