Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, food & beverage management preferred.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant, multi-outlet or events venue.
• Strong people management, scheduling, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to obtain required compliance trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads the Food & Beverage department operations.
• Provides leadership to management and reports to executive team.
• Upholds integrity and standards for quality and service.
• Manages annual budgets and reviews financial statements.
• Controls food, beverage and labor costs across departments.
• Plans schedules for all restaurants and bars to ensure profitability.
• Develops training programs to grow team members.
