Job summary

Gila River in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Food Court Team Member to provide excellent guest service and accurately process food and beverage purchases. You will prepare hot and cold items under supervision and contribute to daily operations in the Food Court venues.

The role emphasizes greeting guests, handling POS transactions, maintaining cash drawer, stocking and cleaning, ensuring proper payments, and staying knowledgeable about offerings. Training includes following the GILA WAY.

Qualifications

• Greets guests and processes food and beverage orders at the POS system efficiently.
• Maintains accountability and security of the cash drawer.
• Stocks and cleans workstation/venue to keep products presentable.
• Ensures and collects appropriate guest payment for service.
• Builds and maintains knowledge of food and beverage offerings to answer questions accurately.
• GILA WAY: Greet, Interact, Listen, Appreciate.
• Must acquire and maintain required compliance trainings (Health Card, Alcohol Awareness, BBP).
