Walmart is seeking a store leadership role in Alexandria, VA to lead and develop teams, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage budgets, plan merchandize presentation, and coordinate with associates to achieve profit goals while maintaining operational excellence.

The role emphasizes developing associates, enforcing policies, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a dynamic retail environment at the Kingstowne location.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates must attend all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Bachelor/Certificate programs through Live Better U per preferred qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance via budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions and inventory flow.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved following Walmart standards.
