Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Firearms background checks and related training may be required in eligible facilities.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U with leadership experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and listening to associates.
• Analyze and improve customer service, store operations, and merchandising.
• Manage store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and expenses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies and ethics.
