• CBC and firearms training may be required for certain facilities selling firearms or ammunition.
• Attends and completes all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drive store performance by managing budget, forecasts, expenses, merchandising, and operations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer needs and issues.
• Promote a culture of belonging, integrity, and safety while aligning with Walmart values.
